| TEAM TRAINING |
Team Training is based on the specific needs and desires of the coaching staff we are working with. We will consult with the coaching staff and determine what YOU want to accomplish with the program. Are you looking to improve and develop team speed, quickness, agility, strength or a combination of all these areas? We will recommend specific training routines targeted to your needs and the time allotted. There are many routines to choose from and we like to mix it up to keep the sessions new, exciting, fun and challenging. |
