V-4-SPEED TRAINING PROGRAMS

Our training methods will help your athlete develop proper running mechanics, speed, quickness, agility, strength and the necessary multi-directional skills to enable your athlete to reach their peak performance in their respective sports. All athletes will receive age specific training and conditioning for their relevant level of performance.

TEAM TRAINING

Team Training is based on the specific needs and desires of the coaching staff we are working with. We will consult with the coaching staff and determine what YOU want to accomplish with the program. Are you looking to improve and develop team speed, quickness, agility, strength or a combination of all these areas? We will recommend specific training routines targeted to your needs and the time allotted. There are many routines to choose from and we like to mix it up to keep the sessions new, exciting, fun and challenging.

BUDDY TRAINING

Training is usually more fun when it is done with a workout partner. Training of 2-5 athletes at a time offers some of the benefits of individual training like technique and execution while offering a better value. Programs are designed to address the overall needs of the group and may not be the optimum program to maximize the athlete’s individual performance. BAPs and PIPs can be developed for one or all of the athletes participating.

 

 
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individual training starts with an overall assessment between our trainer, the athlete and the parent or coach, when available. There is a strong emphasis on technique and execution of assigned routines. After a couple of workouts we will provide our needs assessment to the athlete and parent and if they choose we will develop BAPs and PIPs. Behavior Action Plans (BAPs) will encourage disciplined and focused training habits that will lead to permanent behaviors enhancing long-term success and enjoyment. Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) identify and address training areas for development and provide solutions to make those areas stronger.
